Hi, all link files (*.lnk) on my computer will not load :whistling:

They have replaced the standard icons with the default unfound icon, it also asks me what program i want to open the link file in.

Anyone have a solution to this?!

Thanks People

Download and install TweakUI...it runs out of the control panel. There is a function in there that will refresh your icon links...

While the mouse is on the open desktop, have you tired hitting the refresh command in the right mouse button?

Run a registry cleaner?

Turned it completely off. Wait a couple of minutes. Then turned it back on?
