i'm really desperate for some help. about 2 or 3 times a day my computer acts up. everything i type is in all caps with the caps lock off. whenever i click on something it opens in a new window. when i open up my documents none of my files have names on them they are just blank. when i click on a page it automatically selects all the text on the page. the whole thing lasts for about 20 minutes then it just goes away. then it comes back later in the day. i just need to know if there's a way i can stop this, is it a virus? a trojan horse?a worm or what. i just need to know how to fix it. can someone help me? much appreciated.
