Blue Screen of Death after Windows Startup

Hello everyone, just found this place.
Well I have an Asus Laptop with a centrino 1.5 and a WD 40 gig hd and 512megs of ram with XP pro.

Today I oppened my computer and after only a few seconds, the DREADFULL BSD appeared.
It does so everytime I boot the BSD appears at different intervals(immediately to 4-5 min)

I typed eventvwr.msc and found the log for the error.

Here it is:

THis computer is on a wireless network with cable modem, wireless router, Vonage and 2 computers(this being one of them).
I have tried the command prompt: w32tm /resync
and have also tred to stop and start it, and it says that it has no time available to sync to.

This is soo wierd... Please send help and ideas.
