 I have done everything that I can think of to remove this file and it still haunts me. When the virus first appeared, I got a message from Norton that I had a high risk virus. I ran a virus scan and it showed 78 virus'. I was able to quarantine all but 14. The virus' were all W32.Virut.A and had infected 14 different executable files. I went through the instruction for Norton to remove them and I was able to remove all but one. The last one is in C:\\Windows\explorer.exe and I can't seem to find a way to remove it. I've even gone as far as using my restore disks and completly formatting my hard and still no luck. :whistling:
