Getting "read message" reciept every minute!

Every minute (yep, 60 an hour) one of my co-worker is signed on her MS Outlook, it sends me a read message reciept email for a message that was e-mailed 3 days ago. Any ideas on how to make it stop? So far I have moved her email address to my junk mail, but we need a real solution. :whistling:
