I have a Compaq Presario which I purchased in March of 2005. It has a Windows XP operating system.
I actually had this happen earlier this year while my computer was still under warrenty, but Compaq was unable to fix the problem and actually had me restore the computer. I would like to find a solution without destroying all my work.
My mouse is stuck at the top, middle of the page. Any time you move it, it just jumps back up to the top or jumps up and down.
I've tried my Virus scan, AdAware and Spybot. Did not help. When this happened before I was able to use the mouse in Safety Mode, but not this time.
