printer Tray Installation

:whistling: Hi all.
I have an HP LazerJet 4200 dtn printer. It wont pull up the paper in tray 3, which is the legal paper. In properties, it states that tray 3 & 4 are not instaled.
I need the printer to print from tray 3 - the lagal paper tray.
Please help.

Hi. Did you install all of the software which came with the printer? Do you have a manual you can look at about this?

No...this printer was around before I came to work there and before the person using it started working there. She did say that the printer always had that problem.

I see. I suggest going to HP's website and searching for drivers for this model.
