Hi, I tried this topic in another forum and no one replied. Maybe you can help. I have Windows XP. I have been trying to get into a web site for a few days. I have the ID and password, but everytime I try, it will not let me in. It says Authorization Required. Browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required. I talked to the Company, who gave me the ID and password. They told me to turn off my pop-up blocker, which I did. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

What browser are you using?

Are you using the most up-to-date version of your browser (and Windows XP)?

If you're using an "alternate" browser, have you tried using Internet Explorer?
