Hi jme. Have you looked in all programs to see
if the progam has a uninstall?
start, all programs, then click on program.
and you could go to start, mycomputer, open C:,
then program files, find the program, open folder
and see if there is a uninstall there.

You could also download the install file again from http://www.apple.com/itunes. Open the file. If it says iTunes is already installed, uninstall it with that same wizard if possible. You could also reinstall iTunes and see if it will come up in add/remove programs.
