What's the maximum amount of ram a Vista OS will recognise?
I'm trying to find out if it's worth buying 4 2GB ram chips.

google is really helpful lol. :whistling:

Look at last paragraph, it says home basic and home N will be limited to 8GB of ram, HOME premium will support up to 16GB of ram.

ON some of the newer core 2 duo conroe mobos they only support up to 8gb of ram right now anyway...
