So I now have a great external HDD and I want to start backing up my files. Should I use PCCloneEx which came with the case or Comodo's BackUp software? Also the case has a one touch back up support so would I have to use PCCloneEx to enable this function? Thanks

Hi. I have personally never heard of either, however, I have two that I can suggest. I use Norton Ghost myself, and it does a great job with making a complete disk image onto the external. I've also heard that Acronis TrueImage is good software as well.

I've decided to use Comodo Backup now instead of the PCCloneEX software that comes with it, does anyone know how I can set up the one touch back up system to work with Comodo? Thanks
