I need some help getting rid of some spyware. I downloaded some video player program which started giving me all of these system alerts and "your computer is infeted" crap. I immediatly tried to remove it via the Add Remove program option in the control panel but it says i have to reboot first. When i do nothing happens. I went to the folder that holds the program and all i see is some .dll files and the stupid windows ! sign that appears in my toolbar saying i have a virus. Here are a couple of logs. I have allready tried the sticky about getting rid of spyware quake but it didnt work...
EDIT: When i was trying out the turtorial on how to remove Spyware Quake I got as far as the Disk cleanup. I read the part where it said it could take up to three hours so i just left it running through the night. I woke up and it was still stuck on the same place that i had left it.. so i exited it and finished the rest of the steps.
EDIT2: I came home today to find like 20 popups that where either telling me to buy some stupid antispyware software or an adultfriendfinder ad. Im assuming that these are being caused by the spyware, so please help!
