Hi everyone, somewhere out there must be able to help me cos im really starting to get annoyed. I’ve just installed service pack 2 to my parents XP computer and for some reason its taken away the right to “setup a home or small office network” every time I click on it I get the message:

Cannot complete the network setup wizard

Your user account does not have adequate permissions to set up a home or small office network.
To set up a network, you must have permissions to configure internet connection sharing, windows firewall, and network bridging.

All of the accounts on the computer are administrator account and none of them can access it.

Someone please help.
Thank you for your time
