Malware causing internet slowdown, assistance need urgently

Hello,
i have opened a thread concerning my internet problems caused by an unkown malware program.

i still cant get rid of this problem, tried all programs mentioned and followed instructions - though nothing seems to help. internet still running very slow - sites barely load.

in addition, ive noticed that there are too many ports in use while im only browsing.
with only firefox in use - i got around 10 connection to port 80 and about 20-30 to some other random ports.

i did find some spyware on my pc, though even after thourough cleaning using the guide mentioned above - the problem persists.
i hope you guys can help me, there's not much else i can do

any help will be appriciated, thanks alot :whistling:
