Hi,

I'm looking for a good anti-spyware program to run alongside AVG. The requirements are that it works fine and that it doesn't slow down my system. I've been looking at Microsoft Defender (which I'm currently using) and Spyware Guard, any particular advantages with one or the other?

Furthermore, if there is another good anti-virus program that hogs even less CPU-usage than AVG I would appreciate tips.

I'm trying to find as CPU-usage friendly programs as possible after a much too long period of time using Norton.
