Soo reinstall router on desktop? and use tuneup on the laptop?

Whichever is causing the problem, though no problem with running it on both

You can run tune up on both if you want

alrights i'll tell you results. and i can only install router to the desktop because the modems on it.

No it was Xp Home. i upgraded to pro because i had the same problem so i had to upgrade it
