Hello,

I hope someone can help, I downloaded the WMP 11 and found it not to work as well as 10 so i deleated the 11 updates using Control Panel, add and deleate programs.

Ever since every time i try to sync with the arcos 104 it crashes and sends an error report.

i have Mcafee virus checker, Windows Defender Beta 2 and Ad ware SE personnel, Spy hunter and Spybot SE, which i have run and removed anything detected.

i hope I have given enough info for someone to help

Why dont you do it the basic way? Reinstall All of WMP 10? It will fix any basic error problems.
