the blue screen error says;

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears agian follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new instillation ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOs memory options such as crashing or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced start up options, and then select safe mode.

Technical information:
***STOP: 0x0000000A (0xD320a876, 0x00000001, 0x804FC4F2)

Beginning dump of physical memory dump complete. Contact your system administater or technical support group for further assistance.

Start the PC and keep tapping the delete key until it enters set up, look for and load BIOS defaults, press F10 to save, type Y to confirm then press enter

Try to get this to update the video card drivers

Items in blue which are underlined are clickable to give more information about the process

Download and install Everest Home Edition

Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary

Look on the right for display / video adapter

Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable drivers for your Operating System

If you are unable to find them, please post the make and model here before you download anything

Please set a system restore point before you install anything

Also in Everest, click the + next to computer then click sensor, post any temperatures it gives
