It's strange, I installed Guild Wars Factions on my computer and when I try to start it up, everything is normal until the actual game menu starts up, then I get a black screen with the Guild Wars cursor. All I can do is move the mouse around, all of the Windows commands don't work (ie, CTRL+ALT+DELETE (even twice,) ALT+F4) I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it three times and one repair installation, so it can't be the game. I've got every system requirement met. It worked on my previous hard drive, but something went wrong with it, so I had to reinstall Windows and now I can't run Guild Wars.

It's probably your video card. Whats your system's specifications? Also make sure you have Direct X 9.0c, if you don't have it, you can obtain it from http://microsoft.com/ - its a free download. Most of the time, a black screen with just a cursor or sound going means you don't meet system requirements, so like I stated before, I want you to list your system's specification's within your next post.
