Don't have to attach it. :help: only HJT logs or really really really really long logs.

Sure enough, there were errors, and it fixed them:

Cleaning up minor inconsistencies on the drive.
Cleaning up 192 unused index entries from index $SII of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 192 unused index entries from index $SDH of file 0x9.
Cleaning up 192 unused security descriptors.

So...if there's no problems...firewall issues?...then we'll consider it completely fixed :)

lemme know if you need anything else. :whistling:

Wow.

Anyway, the firewall seems to block image searchs on yahoo and various other things. I'm not sure why, I'm still not used to the thing.

That shouldn't be happening. I'm gonna check out the latest version of sygate and see what's up. My dad uses a older version of sygate and has no problems. If necessary, i will send that version to you.

In the meantime, try this, incase it is actually an IE setting:

Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools --> Internet Options Click on the Advanced tab. Click on Restore Defaults.

Close and reopen IE and see if you still have the same problem with Yahoo searching. If so, I'll get back with you on what I find this afternoon. :whistling:

Still happened.

By the way, I'm using Yahoo Browser. It's a browser that came with our DSL when we got it a few weeks back. (Ironically, a week after that I got stomped by virii and spyware and found this place)

It seems to be pretty similar to Firefox, Tabbed browsing and whatnot, but I wanted to make sure.

Hi Menos...

Launch the Yahoo browser and sign in. Click "Tools" on the toolbar and choose "Browser Options". In the "Appearance" section, is your browser's image setting set as in the attached image?

What do you mean by display, exactly? Sorry, it's 3 AM and I'm kinda... woozy, for lack of a better word.

Sorry for the delay...it would appear I lost my subscription to the topic... :whistling:

When you search for images using other browsers, do the images display properly? Does the search work as it should?

Well, that's not quite the problem. In yahoo, everything display's properly, it just... never loads past the first page.

I'll go check to see if it works on IE.

EDIT: Nope, doesn't work in IE. I did notice that google image search works fine in both browsers, just not yahoo image search.
