Hi there,

This problem has really been bothering me. I've owned my dell for exactlly 1 year and since I got my pc I have been unable to locate my memory using any software. I tried using clickit to run memory test but I get an error message. When I try to find my memory using windows xp, it tells me it can't find it. I even used Norton system information and it can't locate it. However, in bios settings it shows that I have 2GB of memory. I tried taking out and putting the memory chips back in the pc but that didn't change anything. Why can't winxp or anything else besides bios read my memory chips or memory? My pc runs fast though but I'm just concerned that if it's not installed properly that I could be loosing some memory.
