Hi there

I thought I had a malaware problem but Metallica said my log was clean

i've just checked device manager and there's an exclamation mark next to the printer, USB device and also ATI WDM Rage Theater Video and ATI WDM Specialised MVD Codec in the sound, video and game controllers

Never had that before, can you help to fix it???

when you click on those marked with an exclamation piont and what does it tell you? You may need to go to safe mode and uninstall the software for all of those and then double check that they are not in device manager before restarting.... Also sometimes the usb printer stuff is fussy and wants to be installed a certain way... ie either plug in device then install software or install software then plug in device or sometimes install software then plug in device when asked....
