(I have to warn you that I'm pretty computer illiterate. Sorry.)
Last night, the computer was fine. Then our antivirus removed some malware from the registry key - and then it all collapsed... It takes a huge amount of time to log in, the internet is dead, firewall and various other things have been disabled, etc. We get the message 'network cable unplugged,' and we have a huge amount of error messages and warnings in events - e.g., today's ERRORS include but are not limited to 7022, 7023, 7024, 11, 7000, 7009, 7016, 21, 4, 2511, 23, 55, etc., most of these occurring over and over again...
Also, WSAStartup won't start, and although the computer's on a network, the others aren't affected but cannot be accessed through this one.
I'm really quite stressed now! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Ceinwen
