Dear Mr. or Mrs. Technical Expert,

Thank you very much for your kind help. My computer was besieged with winantiviruspro today and I was lucky to chance upon your web site with the detailed step-by-step instructions for removing malware of all kinds. I have now gone through all the steps save one: I could not download the TrendHousecall program, as it caused an error each time and forced Internet Explorer to close. I tried your suggested alternative, Panda, and this did indeed find 11 (as I recall) spyware files, but it would not remove them for me unless I pay 12 dollars for their program, and I am unable to do this at the moment, having just cancelled my credit card after naively giving my credit card number to the winantiviruspro company. The various programs seem to have eliminated winantiviruspro entirely (as far as I can tell, but who knows if something remains hidden somewhere nonetheless), as well as all sorts of spyware files that alarmed me, since I had no idea they existed on my computer. My only worry now is the files discovered by Panda that I was unable to eliminate due to my lack of a credit card as of today. I am including the HiJackThis log:
