I have been experiencing an issue with Internet explorer which is - when I access a certain web site I receive the pop up error message "Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close, We are sorry for any inconvenience" can you tell me why this is, and is there a way to stop it happening. I am using XP home
Thank you

Can you please look in your event logs (admin tools) for the error that is causing IE to close?
