Im getting a noticbly slow connect while surfing the internet. I have cable and now it take about 12 seconds to load a page when it used to take 1-2. Sometimes, it takes so long I get the 'this page cannot be displayed' message and after a few refreshes, it gets displayed. I ran all of my malware and spyware scanners and they picked up nothing. This is really getting me frustrated, any help is welcome.
