HI! I would love some help. I apparently have a trojan.linkoptimizer virus. According to the Norton pop up I am getting, it is in C:/Windows/System32/com1.tqz. I have Norton and Spysweeper running. Norton identified the virus but is unable to quarantine or delete. The spysweeper scan also identified it and said it quarantined it, but I am still getting the Norton warning. I downloaded a prevaxremoval tool, but it said it did not find evidence to the infection. I also ran Trend Micro House Call and Clean up. The only problems so far are some pop ups for adware. My second Trend House Call said everything was clean. Actually, the Norton warning is probably more annoying (at least right now) than the virus itself. Please help!!

Now navigate to the--> C:\Windows\System32 folder.

Tell me if you can actually see--> C:\WINDOWS\System32\com1.tqz
