To anyone who my offer help,

I recently have restored my comp. to factory settings ( erased) I can play cd rom, and audio but can not play movies. I have downloaded drivers, patches, players, and codecs but my comp. freezes when I try to play a movie. This all promted when I bought a new cell phone that allow playback of mp4 and 3pg- My intent was to convert my honeymoon and wedding video to mp4.. format but when I inserted the cd's it froze I freaked out thinking our movies were damaged but, they do play on alt. machines. I dont know why or what went wrong but I guess my goal is to play these videos on my comp. I have included a system snapshot if it will be of any help.
Thanks,
Tanner

are all your drivers up to date are there any yellow marks beside your sounds and video adapters
if so right click and update

otherwise you may need to download these drivers and need to know the make and model of your computer

if that dont work you may need to download everest home
