Just updated my 98 PC with Windows 2000. Now can't seem to connect to internet. Contacted my ISP who informed me that there was a problme with my Norton application, and that I was to remove it. Tried to do this but when I try to remove it from Add/Remove Programs it informs me that there is already an later version installed on my machine. I can't see an earlier version anywhere!! :whistling:

Also if i put in the IP address of a website then it goes to the page in question, but if i put in the URL (bbc.co.uk) it states that the page cannot be found?!?!?

unzip the contents of this to your computer then run the SCS_CleanWipe.bat from the SCSCleanWipe folder...this will remove all of any installed norton software on your computer
