now it loads, then it says [how many problems] fixed..

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty (and you may not be) then post a hijackthis log in THE MALWARE FORUM forum.
(Posting HiJack This logs in any other forum other than the malware forum is forbidden. If you post an HJT log in any other forum, it will be removed and it will take you longer to get help, so please make sure you only post HJT logs in the malware forum)

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

hmm, sorry for double posting. but, if this what was supposed i was supposed to read:

IPB Image Spybot S&D - Download - Homepage
Install Spybot and the DSO Exploit Fix. Start Spybot and select Update, Search For Updates, check the box next to each update and then select Download Updates. Next, select Search and Destroy, Check for problems and after scanning is complete, Fix selected problems. Finally, select Immunize and then the Immunize button to block common Spyware programs from installing.

No single program removes every threat. A multi-prong approach is best.

Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites. Unfortunately, many companies have chosen to exploit the spyware problem by releasing questionable software. These programs may be ripoffs of existing free programs, produce false positives to entice you to buy the full version, leave actual Spyware installed, or at the very worst even install Spyware. Use the link above to see if you have installed any of these programs on your system. Uninstall any found.

Step Two: Viruses/Trojans
Even the best antispyware programs are only able to remove about 70% of infections. Also, the line between spyware and trojans is getting blurred. You can never be too careful with these, we recommend at least one online scan.

i just did that, and they still come up after my second scan. :whistling:

Well, really, you should read all the pinned topics. If nothing helps you, follow this link: http://www.geekstogo..._Log-t2852.html ... Scroll down to step five. This will show you how to insert a HijackThis logfile into a post on this forum. First, follow the instructions to save the file, and then post your results in a new topic in our Malware forum. A Malware Specialist will take it from there.
