earlier this evening, i encounter problems with norton antivirus. when i go to open it up, it appears on screen for 1 second then disappears. i have uninstall it and re-install it yet the problem isnt fixed. i did download the standard free copy of spybot but that didnt do it for me so i remove it and went to download the full version of ad-ware but when i went to install the file, something went wrong and that is when NAV did its thing. i think the full version of ad-ware i was trying to install was corrupt. i am however using the standard free version of ad-ware. its work to a certain point. im new with all this. a friend told me to use hijack this and post my log on here but i have no idea on how to post it. could someone please assist me with this and my problem. i'll have to paste it here for the time being. sorry.
