Hi and welcome,
We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot.

Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT
Drag HJT into it please,

Run through steps 1 and 2,
Run the online scans in steps 2,
I would also like you to reboot to SAFE MODE Run a scan with Ad-aware and spybot while in safe mode,
Restart your computer, Restart HJT and post back a fresh log to this thread please
