trouble opening a file

I can not get this file to open. I go to school online and I need to download it, it says

C:\documents and settings\owner\my documents\marketing\unit_1_reading.zip
The archive is either unknown or damaged

It trys to open it with winrar zip program, is there something I can do to downlaod this?

PLease someone :blink:

are you downloading this file from the internet or are you just missuising the word download? are you trying to do this on a school computer or a personal one? is this a school file or from some website?
