Plz Help! I've had this laptop for almost two years and it is constantly giving me trouble, especially recently. It crashes constantly, is really slow and has been giving me various other problems. None of the virus programs I've tried work, neither does the System Mechanic Utility I bought. I can't even reformat it because none of the instructions are detailed enough! Please Help Me!!!!!1
