Deleting the internet cookies is always a good idea after you get done on the net each time.. Deleting the history, cookies and cache is always a good thing.

You can set it up to delete the cookies each time you close your browser.

Bear in mind anything that was remembered will be lost.

Most cookies are perfectly fine as long as you are surfing reputable sites. If you are going to not-so-reputable sites, you should delete your cookies fairly often.

Cookies tend to make the internet faster, but the system slower. Not to mention that they waste space.
