I rebooted my computer, and my wireless keyboard isn't working. I tried rebooting again, cleaning it, and pressing the reset button. My mouse and keyboard are a set, and the mouse works, and even the music controls on the keyboard work. Why isn't it working?

Hi. That's strange. Do you have a standard PS/2 keyboard that you can try? If you do, give it a shot, this will help us determine if your keyboard is the issue or the computer. Also, have you tried changing batteries on the wireless keyboard?
