I was trying to go through the steps required to post a Hijackthis log, and I got to the step where I am suppsosed to save CWShreder to my desktop and then reboot into safe mode. I saved it to the desktop and then restarted and F8'd to get to the boot screen. I selected the Safe Mode option, but instead of loading properly, I got a list of system files. The last one was "multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)Windows\System32\drivers\agcCPQ.sys". How do I fix this to load to safe mode to continue my computer clean up? Thanks for any help.

If you use safe mode with networking, make sure the firewall and anti virus are running
