I've tried to remove this malware problem for a good 2-3 weeks now, but have yet to completely rid my system of popups. i get party poker popups constantly, had (may have still?) psguard on my system, tried my best to clean it. also, i get prompts asking to download drivercleaner. regarding psguard, there is still a folder and key in the registry named ShudderLTD that will not delete in either normal or safe mode boot. i've run out of ideas, so heres my HJT log, and if there's anything else i need to run as well (this doesnt seem to show much trouble) please let me know, and thanks in advance!

note: ive already run adaware, spybot, spysweeper, kaspersky antivirus, autoruns, hjt, and probably a few others as well, but cannot use housecall because it instantly crashes.
