Internet Explorer 7 problem

Hi,

I keep getting an error for explorer.exe, when I open the program it will not respond and I can not use it at all. I have never had this problem before. Here is the error signature I get when I have to force a closure:

szAppName : iexplore.exe szAppVer : 7.0.5700.6 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

I have tried adaware, spybot, etc... but it just doesnt seem to work. This also happens when I revert to IE 6.

My Hijackthis log is attached.

Any help would be great as I am using MSN Explorer at the moment.
