does anyone have any tips on speeding up my computer. I have followed the malware remover tips besides hijack this and it seems to have gotten rid of all my spyware, but still my computer is slow and shouldnt be this slow. Also, my control panel sometimes doesnt open. It just shows my a picutre of my background and then goes back to the original desktop. When I was trying to get spyware off my computer a long time ago I ran hijack this and accidentally selected everything so maybe that might be the problem. SO please help.

Best wishes
