I recently found out that my backspace key is also ont functional, henche the rampant typos. Also my start bar was pinned to the top, which i ertainly didnt do myself. Im running ewodi (ewido) right now to see if it cathces anything. Please help me out if you can.

Have you tried giving your keyboard a good cleaning with canned air?

Or have you tried an entirely different keyboard?

well its one of those folding ones. Im on my auxiliary keyboard now, and the one that seems to not work is new. Even if it is a hardware malfunction how do you explain the start bar? Also my AVG is going insane right now saying its found a backdoor. I have closed all my ports except for my messenger program and firefox. :whistling:

Then you probably got a "nice" little infection running loose on your computer.

Please follow all the directions found here. After you get to step 5, if your problem is not resolved, post a HijackThis log in the Malware forum. If your problem persists after getting a clean bill of health from a malware expert, return here and we'll continue troubleshooting.

Keep in mind, the malware forum is very busy and can take up to 5 days to receive a reply. There is a special forum called The Waiting Room if you've been waiting for 3 or more days. You can put a link to your topic & a short description of your problem and someone will get with you soon.
