OK I HAVE A QUESTION....I HAVE THE BLACK ARRIS INTERNET BOX AND I HAVE A ROUTER CONNNECTED BUT FOR SOME REASON WHEN IM ON LIKE MSN OR ANYWHERE MY LIGHTS ON THE ARRIS BOX LIKE RESTART AND MY CONNECTION DIES AND I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND EVENTUALLY IT COMES BACK NORMAL BUT SOMETIMES THAT TAKES UP TO 30 MNZ. SO DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW TO FIX THAT?

Bypass the router, connect directly, see if it works,and then we'll know if it's the router or something else.
