Hi Geeks

I cannot get onto godaddy.com or www.shopbypc.com which is a site I host with them.

Their support team just send me standard replies. I am sure they do not read the email.

I have a wireless netowrk from btinternet, here in the UK. The problem is the same with my pc and laptop so it cannot be to do with the browser. I use firefox but have also tried IE6.

I am assuming it is to do with the router but have not got a clue how to resolve this problem. And, it appears, neither have godaddy.

I would appreciate any help that anyone can give me as I have over 200 names registered with them and I cant do anything with them.

regards
Lloydh :whistling:

Hi lloydh! Welcome to G2G!

Are you able to connect to the site http://www.pogo.com ? Or does that time out as well?

Hi Fenor

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I can log onto

http://www.pogo.com/...sls=2&site=pogo

I also bought some domain names from fxdomains.com who are affiliates for godaddy. I have no problem seeing their site or logging into the back office. It is really strange......

Lloyd
