Mixed Up Program Icons & Missing Msn Sounds

Hi

I've got 2 small problems that i cant fix if anyone can help?
I'm using Windows 2000

1. All my program icons have all swapped around and got mixed up, e.g- the windows media player symbol is next to winamp and my limewire symbol is next to the quick time player, and the same with all the others. The ones on the desktop are all ok though. Not sure how this happened but how do i get them back to the right ones? :whistling:

2. I'm using MSN Messenger 7.0
its all working fine apart from theres no noise for nudges and no noise for a new message, all the other sounds are working. any ideas?
