Hello. :whistling:

Please open HijackThis, click Do a system scan only, and then place a checkmark beside each of these entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0D31A3D1-6F6B-9B12-0A90-0457EFD52299} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\kqbamml.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4BD6500B-EDF2-E322-C7E2-007C6EFBDAAD} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\egxayol.dll

After placing all the checkmarks, close all windows (except HJT), and then hit Fix Checked. When it finishes, exit HJT.

=====================================

Locate and delete the following file(s), if present : C:\WINDOWS\system32\kqbamml.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\egxayol.dll
