Ya'll were very helpful the last time I had a problem... hope you can help this time. Know that I'm supposed to follow the rules by running malware removal programs first... BUT....
Every time I try to open IE, the page starts to load and then closes instantly. I can get to the internet by opening a software program that has an address bar, but if another window tries to open twhen clicking a link, the same thing happens.
If I have the direct addresses of the malware programs, I can type them in directly. Maybe I will be able to fix the problem that way.
