I am writing this on behalf of my daughter. When she opended Outlook to look at email this morning it kept repeatedly scrolling up and down the messages and would not stop on one. She then got fatal blue screen. She tried to reboot and could not. She then tried to reboot in safemode and was told she could not because of "unmountable boot Volume." Any advice. She is applying to vet school and all her applications are on this computer. She needs help and fast.

Thanks,
annarie
