Can you minimaze a program so it isn on the start bar but its still running so thers no bar on the star t bar about the program. and no program on the task bar??

Hmm, if it wasn't in the taskbar when minimized, where would you want it? In the system tray (the icons next to the clock) ? Not all programs have the option to minimize to the system tray. Most programs will just minimize to the taskbar. Some however, have the option to do both the system tray and/or the taskbar, or just the system tray. They have to go somewhere when they are running. If you minimize it and it just disappears how would you find it when you want it again? Also, do you have any specific reason for wanting this?

no reason and i want it to go no where and if i did minimizer it id just hit ATL+TAB
