I have a compaq laptop with an AMD Turion 64 processor. It runs at 1.6 GHZ and i was wondering how and if i should overclock it to 1.8 GHZ. Can someone tell me how to do it or give me a tutorial and can someone advise me on if i should do it.

My specs:
AMD Turion 64
1 GB Ram
ATI Radeon 200M(It think its rele good for integrated graphics)
Windows XP Home Edition/ Windows Vista Build 5600

I hope thats enough system specs. Any help is appreciated.

Overclocking on a laptop is a big no no, the cooling is usually barely up to the job of keeping the normal heat output under control let alone the increases overclocking would bring.
