Hi,
Everytime I try to open Access, I get this message:
This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.

I don't know what this means, and I can't open any of my Access files. I tried to install updates on the Microsoft website and it wouldn't work for some reason?

I'm using Access 2003 and Windows XP.
